Vendor recipes not working

So I tried to craft my staff to have +1 to fire gem, but it doesn't seem to work
 this was in ambush league, was it disabled or something? twitch.tv/djayred

Have you confirmed personally that it worked before?
If not then i would say the wiki is incorrect for this recipe if it even exists. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

i can confirm it worked for me on a low level (one-handed) wand:

Looks like the priority for the jewelers recipe is higher than the other one.

" good point, I wonder if GGG forgot to put crafting recipe priority over vendor rewards I also tried to make sure that the staff only has 1 affix (suffix so that the +1 gem prefix can work) it still does not work for some reason. I tried using the +strength affix and the vendor recipe, still doesn't work twitch.tv/djayred
