See title. Do they work together? Will Increased Flask Effect nodes affect the IQ and IR bonus?
Shower thought: no two rares are the same. So rares are unique, while uniques are not. On the other hand, uniques are rare, while rares are not.

" Is this a sarcastic way to say "the answer is obvious"? To me, it's not. The wiki says "increases the effect of temporary bonuses granted by flasks", and yes, this is a temporary bonus. On the other hand, the flask's text says "increased X during flask effect", so it seems it's not an effect, but something that happens during the flask effect. There is some ambiguity IMHO. Witch Flask nodes - yes.

When you use the flask do you get a square buff in the corner? If Divination provides a buff, flask effect nodes should affect it. If not, only way to check is open the character sheet and check it, but that requires you to take the nodes first.
