Can you chance unique flasks?

I searched around the web and couldn't find a firm answer. Has anyone chanced a unique flask before? I know for a fact that you can use chance orbs on flasks, I just don't know if you can get uniques from it since there are no rare flasks.

I don't know why the lack of Rares would prevent Uniques from rolling.
