The Dominus Fight vs. Rewarding Gameplay
|
Ok, here it goes.
You fight your way through Wraeclast. You figh obe boss after an other, crushing everything in your path. The quests are there for a reason, giving you rewards in one way or an other, making the the killing blow of an enemy boss even more rewarding. Piety is dead. Your health globe is low, a lot of rares is filling the floor. You feel good. You come to town, selling your rares - and get TWO passive points for your job. You feel good. Strong. Stronger. STRONGEST. You then start your path up to the puni-god. You bleed like a motherfucker, spamming "remove bleeding" flask for the win. You're thanking god for the little life leech you have, when that beast is dead on the ground. He is dead. Finally. The last boss of the game. And the reward? NOTHING! (Ok, so in merciless you get a single map) Nothing? Bah! Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" He's complaining about the quest reward, and he is right about it. We get 2 skill points from Piety and we get close to nothing for killing Dominus since that rare map is just useless scrap basically. |

None of the end-of-act bosses give a quest reward.
Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain and most fools do.

" It's not useless if you kill him before you start mapping. It is pretty underwhelming compared to the piety reward though. |
