28 for 4L Thats for sure :). Had a 28 4Link(so i figured it was itemlevel 25 for 4L) and then got unique gloves of itemlevel 27 spend 25 jewlers to then go google it and notice it's actually 28 for 4L :/ www.youtube.com/omegaxvi2 Path Of Exile Tips & Tricks series and more poe vids.
