Best way to find Tabula Rasa?

Hey guys, I'm a bit of a noobie when it comes to POE. Just started and liking it so far but am curious to know what is the best approach to finding a 6L Tabula Rasa? I'm afraid i won't be able to afford one until next season starts.....
Which boss, difficulty, act, run would you recommend? Crafting an option? I see a lot of posts about drop pools and iLvL but am still kind of confused. I see normal Merveil a lot but don't really know what that means... Thanks for your help and wish you the best luck on your drops! |

You can't target a unique. You can't run any specific content for it to drop. You either get lucky and it drops, or you don't get lucky.
Best way to find Tabula Rasa is to buy one from another player. Same applies for any item in the game. 177

" Got one from Merciless Dominus. It's really random though, the drops. Don't plan on ever having a specific unique item unless you buy it from someone. I got the one I have, on a random whim, after about 4-5+ months of playing the game. |

Drops are entirely random, you could find it under a rock or from a unique boss and everything Inbetween.

I got one yesterday. Dropped in a corrupted zone in A2-merciless. :)
It's just pure random. I've done some races, and saw someone chat-link a Tabula Rasa minutes after the start of a race. lol |

Yes, it has no basis.
You're as likely to get one from her as breaking a pot in some random dungeon. That said, a Tabula Rasa is not really a usable item past normal, even with it's 6 link ability. It has absolutely zero stats, and your chest piece is the largest boost to whatever build you make. It's pretty much a summoner snap item, and nothing more. " That might be a good idea if your objective was for a monster to drop a Tabula Rasa in your game. If you just want to obtain one quickly you should farm something that you can make a lot of currency from (via selling other drops, or selling maps, whatever), then buy one. Or maybe get lucky and one drops first, but that's not likely. |
