Corruption Possibilities

So i haven't seen a corrupted Flask or a corrupted Unique Map yet. Has anyone tried what can happen to those items when corrupted?

Also, is there any attempt to collect data on which results can be achieved with the vaal orb depending on item type and list that in a neat table? Would be cool to have something like that before using my first vaal orb.
