Do invasion boss drop anything good

What are the drops from invasion bosses like? Do the drops match the risk vs reward? Or are they all hillock status drops

They just seem like normal bosses in terms of loot. There's a lot more loot overall though because it feels like there's a ton of rare mobs in general in addition to the invasion bosses.

Normal bosses as in normal unique bosses or act bosses?

So... hillock status huh? This seems rather unrewarding. I ran across a boss or two and they were pretty damn hard

They seem to drop more stuff than regular unique mobs, but much less than act bosses. Sometimes its all blues and sometimes is 3+ rares (usual PoE rng spikes). I guess the drops are kinda ok, at least on normal.
