Good Elemental leveling skill?

What's a good leveling skill that's elemental? Since I will be playing as templar for my build, I'll be going through the elemental nodes (most likely), and instead of going melee like I usually do, I thought I'd try some spells this time around for the new leagues. I am not a crit build just fyi.

So is Flameblast good? Firestorm? Fireball+LMP viable? Incinerate? Flame Totem good without any totem nodes? Is Searing bond's damage raised by fire/elemental nodes or strictly burning?

The best ones from my experience are Freezing Pulse, Lightning Trap, Storm Call, and Firestorm.

Elemental Hit is also very worthwhile while leveling since you'll be close to Elemental Equilibrium. It's a very easy way to do excellent damage from early-mid to end core content.

Besides that, the absolute best leveling skills are Viper Strike, Searing Bond, and I think Poison Arrow. They all do extreme damage at all levels and don't require more than three supports. You can easily get away with only one or two with Viper Strike, one with Searing Bond, and one with Poison Arrow. I know these aren't elemental, but I'd grab them if you can as they are excellent alternatives.

Bet leveling skill atm is Searing Bond. Get a searing torch and maybe those burn pasives in templar tree and you'll reach merciless without any problems.

Without a doubt it is the single strongest gem to level with, but you cannot leech with it and it has very low health.
