so how about that planned ci quiver

the one with the "regen es on crit"

personally i think it's a weak mod since most ppl who have ci have ghost reaver + vp anyways. and it doesn't really combat reflect since the regen is negated by it. so it feels like to me a quiver you'd use if you took ci/es early like lvl 40 early.

more thoughts: wish it was crit quiver base

the cast speed is weird buff, should be ms or proj speed

though the +160 es is gravy considering it's a ci archer's shield

I played a bow user last 2 leagues. Not going to this league. But they sound nice.

Cast speed isn't bad, whenever I have lighting warp, totem, dd for some maps, curse, I usally have a faster casting linked to them

But on another note they should add those eternal diamond news letters to the forum here.

There is a thread collecting the newsletters here.

However it is never as apparent as on reddit due to the forum structure.
Sometimes they are collected into an announcement, thou.

It won't be an endgame best in slot quiver, but why does it have to fill that role? It will be a good start for a CI bow user, and make the life -> energy transition a bit easier.

In my opinion though, it could add something similar to the auxium Chill and Freeze duration on you is based on 65% of Energy Shield or immunity to freeze mod, so you could choose another belt.

Would open up more possibilities in my opinion. Overall I really like they are adding new unique quivers (and the new quiver types) :)

That is what Alpha's Howl and Dream Fragments are for.
