Swig of Hope Reward - Captain Fairgraves

Hey guys, I'm still a beginner and in normal, at act 3, where I'm getting the reward from Captain Fairgraves.

I'm debating to either get the amulet of +19 str, 19 dex

or to get one of the resist flask of 50%.

I'm really don't know what I should pick..can someone shine a light for me?

Just a personal choice.
It will unlikely be anything game altering, just decide what you want.
Most likely anything you choose, you will find a better version at some point.

Personally, and this is the key, you do your OWN character :), I would go Strength.
