[Project] Map Statistics!

There's a lot of debate on these forums about map drop rates, and if mapping at endgame is 'balanced' with regard to map drop rate. Since, reasonably, GGG doesn't go handing out their drop rates, it's up to the community to do statistics work on it ourselves! Unfortunately, nobody has seen fit to do large scale map-stat collection before.

So!

http://maps.skyl3lazer.com/

Help me, and help the community as a whole, by submitting statistics about what map drops you receive. You can submit one map per form, but the form is made such that you can submit multiple in a row fairly easily. Submit as much data as you like to, though I'd ask that you not just spam it with fake data, since it makes my job more work later to filter all that stuff out. However, you should share this with friends, since more people = more reliable statistics!

I know the site probably has some CSS issues on some weird resolutions, sorry!

Thanks to anyone that participates.

Looks nifty! I've been keeping a map log for the last little while so I'll toss in what I've found thus far.

Thanks! I dont expect a ton of traffic until new leagues get into swing, but every bit helps, and I know some people are still playing hc/standard
just a little feedback I am using chrome that has an extra bing search bar on the top.."not by my choice" but either way your links are hidden from my view when the page loads..I only see them as the page is loading...maybe if you could put them on the side or move them down a little farther

You need a field to allow input of what % IIQ the map had, otherwise this data is useless.
The 352nd character to hit Level 100 in Standard
The 82nd character to hit Delve 1000 in Standard
I think you're not collecting one key piece of data--that is, the map's inherent quantity. Especially as you get into higher map levels, where people routinely target higher returns even at high cost, that quantity mod will be nowhere near the expected value from randomizing the map mods (and even that would have to be based on existing map-rolling data rather than this clean new set). Add that in, though, and this has the potential to be a really useful tool. (I added what I had in my log anyways, because I have nothing better to do.)

Edit: what he said.

This is a good point, added. I'll add side menu stuff as well, I dont know why a bing box comes up.

e; If you want to re-add your data, it will be extremely easy to prune the old later still, so feel free, but either way I can use the data you've put in :)

I'll re-add it. Anything for SCIENCE!

Hmm, it's only accepting quantity inputs that are a single digit long...on further examination, so are the map drop fields. Granted, if you're getting 10 map drops of a single level from a single map, you're lucky as hell--but still.

It was a left over from another field, fixed!

The 10 map limit was just to limit fake responses, and because if you did end up with more than 10 maps of a given level as drops, the map would have probably gotten pruned from being significant anyway.
