Do supporter packs stack?

For instance if I buy the first pack at $50 will the next pack only cost $70?
Once you buy a pack, you can "upgrade" that pack.

You can't have 2 of the same "tier" however.. so you can't have a Survivor AND a Warrior pack.. you can only have one.... but the Warrior includes the Survivor so it doesn't matter.

Does that make sense?

When I said "tier", I mean the current release of supporter packs. There have been 3 I believe so far. Closed Beta, Open Beta, and Launch (current). So you can have one Closed Beta, one Open Beta, and one Launch pack, but you cannot have multiples of each tier (that I'm aware of).

So if you buy the $50 pack, then you should get an "upgrade" option to pay the remaining $70 for the next pack up.
yes it makes sense. So it is $50 minimum right? I can't just spend $20 and then a week later pay $30 to get the supporter pack right?
if you buy a $20 pack now, support is good with working with people to pay the remainder to upgrade to a supporter pack.
I really want to support the game but if I pay $50 up front...I might have to not have lunch at work a couple of days lol. I am going to buy something though.
You can purchase a $20 Point Pack now and upgrade it to the Survivor Supporter Pack later for just $30 more.

That's what you're wanting to do, right?

Edit: You can also contact Support at support@grindinggear.com to let them know what you would like to do. (If you don't want to purchase the Point Pack first).

At the very bottom of the Supporter Packs page it says:

"
  • Payment Plans: If you'd like to pay over time for a pack in a series of smaller payments, please contact support!

  • So when I "Upgrade" they will just subtract the points from the point pack out of my supporter pack?

That is correct.

And if you haven't spent any Points from your Point Pack when you upgrade, it will be like you just purchased the Survivor Pack outright.

Ok awesome!!! One more question....does it matter if I buy the points pack in-game via steam launch or not as far as being able to upgrade? I noticed the supporter packs do not show up on the in-game market if I launch from steam.

I don't use Steam, so I'm afraid I can't help you there. However, if you email GGG Support (support@grindinggear.com), they will be able to tell you what your options are.

Or you could just purchase here, through the PoE website.
