Skill Tree Planner?

I've been having some issues with the built-in passive skill tree on the PoE website. Does anyone have recommendations for a skill tree planner?

You can use this offline, and it even shows your stats from passives. You can also copy/paste links from skill trees made with the website's planner in, and it will provide a link for the build you make in the offline planner aswell |

Any chance of an in-game one? I think it would be cool if you could mark which points you want to do ahead of time and once you level up you know exactly where you want your points.
