Black Cat animations completely wrong

I'm a cat AND dog lover, so I bought the black cat microtransaction because the kiwi was beginning to annoy me.

But GGG, you got the animations all wrong!

My cat follows me around everywhere I go.
I start moving, cat follows. I stop, cat stops. I walk in a circular route, cat follows in a circle.

WRONG!

This is what should happen...

Start in town, open microtransaction tab, right click the cat.
Nothing happens.
Wait a while.
...
Give up and head off to the waypoint.
Cat appears and paws at waypoint.
Go through waypoint.
Cat returned to waypoint and paws at it again.
Go through waypoint to town again.
cat paws at waypoint
Take waypoint, cat follows, turns, and paws at waypoint again.
Head off into the wilderness, cat stays at waypoint.
Return some time later, cat missing.
wait..no cat.
Give up and continue the level, summon portal, go to town.
Cat is asleep on your stash.
Move cat, put items in stash, got to portal. No sign of cat
Go through Portal, find dead bird on the other side.
No sign of cat.
Continue level, looking for cat.
See cat once off in the distance, but when you get there, you only find a lizard's head. And some entrails...
Get to next waypoint, go to town.
Cat greets you on other side and WON'T LEAVE YOU ALONE!
Drop an exalted orb, cat runs off with it.
Cat returns with alchemy shard, drops at your feet.
Cat expects reward.
Drop rare items.
Cat sniffs it, looks at you, walks off.
Don't see cat for three days.
Return from level, cat is sitting with Neesa.
Cat won't follow you.
Ignore cat, go to next level.
Return through waypoint, wonder why stash smells bad.
Clean stash of cat spray.

Wonder when GGG will offer a dog microtransaction.

if the gamre would simulate real behaviour, you would never see but only sometimes hear your kiwi.

lol, yep.. that's a cat for ya.

I caught my cat up one of those large trees chewing at an ape once.

cat microtransaction:

The cat will sit on top of whatever you want to look at or do, making sure you're only able to see it's butt-hole (*) instead of what you're looking for.


Need to open your stash? nope
need to find an item in your inventory? nope
need to talk to nessa? nope
