How do I get the Sceptre of God Quest?

Hi. Old player returning here. How do I obtain the Sceptre of God quest if I already killed piety and completed the storyline before Dominus was released?

Did you unlock the sceptre after piety kill? If so just proceed. If not, kill piety again and obtain the tower key. Barracks now lead to imperial gardens and there you can find the sceptre.

Piety dropped a key.
You should have picked up the key and then go talk to Grigor (The deformed guy to the far left in town) as well. The Key unlocks the Scepter of God area from within Imperial Gardens. If you are still finding a "locked door" in the Imperial Gardens, you didn't ever get the key and trigger Grigor for further quest progression. Go kill Piety again and grab the key. :) Hope this helped. -[Insert sig here]
