Missing Chaos orbs

Ok so I've been having this issue for awhile. At least once every 2 weeks chaos and only chaos orbs will go missing from my stash tab. I'll log off normally and the next day it's just gone. Usually just a stack, and I know for a fact I didn't use them. Reporting this today because 3 stacks are missing from my stash tab. I searched this up before and apparently other people have lost their stuff too. Any idea what causes it?

have you tried to change your game/email password?

you have a close friend / family member also playing the game?

You should probably change the PW for both your POE and email accounts. I will assume they are the same password.
