What gem benefits the most from quality?

What, in your opinion, benefits the most from quality? It can be with or without support gems, but if it is with support gems - please link which ones make it the best. Reasons as to why are also great input! Just doing a little survey.

I have tried less than half of all the available gems, so this is onloy from the ones I've tested.

Elemental Weakness. At L20 it's -49 to all, at L20/Q20 it's -59 to all.
At L24 Q48 (L20/Q20 EW - L3 Empower - L3 Enhance in Supreme Truth sceptre) it removes 77% of all elemental resistances. Then with Elemental Equilibrium you're looking at -52, -127, -127 to mob resistances. Puts a nice dent in their caps.
