Dying Breath effect not stacking.

Dying breath does not stack with other copies of itself. (After re-reading this thing god it sounds like I'm just copy pastaing the same thing over and over...)
Not sure if this is a bug, but if its not, the wording on the staff should be changed as its inconsistent with existing wording.

In both cases the wording goes "Nearby allies gain x% increased damage.", the first example does not stack with other similar instances of itself, while the second does stack with other instances.
For bonus love, it'd be awesome if the curse effect also stacked (currently it does not).

there is a difference to the 2 uniques.
First one is nearby allies gain x% increased damage, this does not specify the wearer as getting the damage bonus just their allies.
Second one is, you and near by allies gain x% increased damage.

I would guess that you are trying to test this on your person rather than the effects on a group.

Actually tested it with 3 people in pvp, 2v1, then 3 people in a party.

In the 2v1 I tested with no staves the effectiveness of a curse, then 1 staff, then both. In this case of no staff it was obviously, as expected no increased effect. With 1 there was an obvious difference on the cursed player, with 2 there was no change at all. In the case of the 3 man party I say in an empty zone, did the above tests for getting dps on a skill, and it returned the same results. base line, still base line, 1 staff = increased, 2 staff = no extra increase. I never did bother to test the increased dps between the staff wielders, just the effects on others.
