New Desecrate Skill + culling strike?

Will culling strike from gem and/or Heartbreaker work with this skill? Could i use this instead of arc on summoner or will culling strike have no effect on the gem? Sinces its chaos over time?

generally culling strike does _not_ work with DoT effects, so i would definitely not count on it working.

Yeah thats what im thinking - which is really a shame - would be nice to use on summoner instead of Arc but just wont have the room if culling doesnt work.

if you want to have a build that scales from lvl 1 to lvl 100 and requires almost zero investment and two gems

get Desacrate and Detonate Dead (both lvl 1, quality on detonate is highly recommended)

bump your DD to 100% corpse dmg (using conc effect and +fire (not SPELL))

voila

you have a build that can clear any map without ANY issues. this is the ONLY spell that scales directly vs mobs and will never fall behind mob HP

enjoy as long as it lasts. it might sound strange but i think it is the most broken stuff out there. detonate dead builds always had an issue of 'the starting corpse' - Desacrate provides three start corpses anywhere, on demand
