Chancing a Leatherbelt to get Headhunter?

So if I understand it correctly, if I chance orb a leatherbelt, I have a chance to get the Headhunter Unique in Nemesis? Does it have to be a leatherbelt with a certain minimum item level, or is it irrelevant?

Any leather belt will do however keep in mind you have a MUCH MUCH higher chance of getting the molten wyrm belt and the Immortal flesh belt rather then a god tier item.

Yeah... It is just, I do not feel like putting all my time on stake doing Nemesis maps. It is ridiculous that they chose such a rare item on Nemesis to be part of the achievement, when on Domination they require a crappy "The Gull" helmet or something...
