Can spawn with 0 mods, or with 1 to 6 mods.
It does not follow the current rule about items having no more than 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes. If you Transmute it or Alchemy Orb it, the color remains pink regardless of how many mods it has. Also, there is no random name generator for Pink items. A Gold Ring spawned as pink colored will always be named Gold Ring regardless of how many mods it rolls.
