Summon skeleton skill gem + passive tree

So the summon skeleton gem says i can raise 4, does passive skill poitns raise it past 4? like lord the dead?

Passives throughout the tree increase the number of minions you can summon, yes.
Also certain Unique items also increase the number of minions depending on which piece of gear it is. I don't remember the name of them all but there are a couple to watch out for to help with that. “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”

All passives that gives you more minions also count skeletons.
If you invest entirely into the summoning build, you can summon up to 8 zombies, 10 skeletons, and 2 specters. @Peachii (because I'm not in the mood to copy+paste quote boxes) PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!
