Answering skype crasher windows8

Im running Windows 8 pro 64bit.
Im running the game in a window.
When someone calls me on skype and I answer my windows crashes to Blue Screen of Death.

I have got the same problem on Windows 7 x64.
I cannot accept a call or call someone while the game is on without a blue screen.
To be able to play PoE and to phone I have to make a call/join a group call before I start the game.
In a group call the group leader can pause the call and in the moment he unpauses it, I get a blue screen.

Pls try to fix this.

The bluescreen error message is Service/system exception..

-------->>> Adding --softwareaudio helps me now. But still this sucks. I have the newest audio driver installed and there is no beta driver. It is the games fault.
