Deal with the Bandits

i did the aforementioned quest and when i did talked with eramir to recieve my bonus skill point my game disconnected
after relog the quest is done but the bonus skill point disappeared
i killed bandits again but it did not helped i htought the game rerolled back a bit but no any help?

I had the exact same problem occur. Killed all three of the bandits, turned it into Eramir. Upon crafting The Apex I was swiftly disconnected from the game.

Logging back in, I found The Apex in my bag and no skill point. The quest in my log has been flagged as if I had helped one of the bandits but it appears I did not receive one of their quest rewards either.

Is this quest currently bugged and should I avoid doing it in the later playthroughs until it's fixed, and will I need to reroll my character in order to properly receive credit for the quest?

still no answer for me neither the support can help to get back lost passive point ;(
dont want to start new char to get back this one point now ;S
i understand they have a ton of work now but still lost of one passive is a big thing especially if its the quest that itself forces disconnect when doing it to get that passive(killing all three bandits).
well i hope for refund and a quick fix
