Lightning Strike Claw build

I'm trying to work on a tankier build. I'm willing to give up some DPS from daggers to get better survivability with claws. As such, this is a build that plays to high Life and high Life Recovery. I tried to collect a good enough amount of accuracy to make strikes consistent without having to gear up too much. I'll be using Lightning Strike, Viper, and Flicker Strike, just like Invalesko's Dagger build does.
