Can't see linked items in chat.

When I hover the mouse over an item linked in the chat, the stats doesn't appear, nothing happens. I had this problem even before open beta. Looked in options to see if I have done something wrong there but didn't see any option regarding my problem. I suppose it's a bug. Is it?

If you just hover the mouse over the chat, nothing will happen as it's a way to make sure the chat windows does not get in the way when you fight mobs. Press Enter to activate the chat, then you can hover your mouse over the links and see the stats.

You need to have the chat bar openend (ie. press Enter). Was that the issue?

I was hunting for this information as well, that was the problem that I was having (I'm assuming the OP was as well). I did not have the chat window open when hovering over the items, thank you.
