A quick question about chance to ignite

Does this work with the aura anger? It seems like it should but I'm not convinced it is procing.

Fire damage added from Anger works the same way as any other fire damage source.

I agree - can we get confirmation on this question? I'm trying chance to ignite with anger aura and not sure it's working? Hard to tell?

I think the only support gems that work with Aura's are Reduced Mana, Blood Magic, and the soon to be released Empower.

If you mean attaching Chance to Ignite to Anger, then no, that won't do anything. If you put Chance to Ignite on one of your attacking skills, it will trigger ignites due to the fire damage added to your attack from anger (and whatever other sources are contributing to it).

So as I understand it - if I use chance to ignite chained with flicker strike that other than my anger aura (not chained) does no fire damage - it'll still use change to ignite based on my aura.

If the little letter appears in the button icon the gem is valid for that skill. I think.
