Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) - Can't complete 2nd quest in group - Forum

QEST: " Mercy Mission --------------- This quest log is given to you by Bestel in Lioneye's Watch. It requires you to travel to Tidal Island (entrance located in Terraces -> Tidal Island) and locate then kill Hailrake the Scavenger His corpse will contain the quest item Medecine Chest. Return to the Lioneye's Watch and talk to Nessa to receive a (difficulty based) unidentified magical flask as well as Tarkleigh for a skill gem as your reward. I'm playing with friend, When I was in town he killed quest mob & took its quest item. But after an hour mobs don't respawn so I can't complete quest :( wtf ? Is there an answer to that question? Cause i encountered the same thing.
