Ranger isn't firing arrows where I aim!

When I fire my bow, it doesn't actually fire where I am aiming my cursor. If I'm aiming directly up or directly down with my cursor, only then does the arrow fire exactly where the cursor is. If I aim diagonally or left/right, the arrow completely misses my cursor. This causes me to have to offset my cursor in such a way whilst fighting so that the arrow will actually hit my intended target. I recorded a short video of what I'm talking about, here's a link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVVbHVtCjd4

In the video I'm holding down shift and left click in each of those directions. I tried searching for this issue on Google and on the forums, but I could not find anything. I'm not sure if it's just me experiencing this or if I'm maybe just doing something wrong.

Any input would be appreciated. This isn't a huge deal or anything, it's just an annoyance for me.
Is it the issue that, when you target a creature to the left or right and fire you miss? Something tells me this is just an optical illusion, along the lines that the cursor is 'near the ground' and the arrows are flying above the ground. If you are actually missing targets, have you tried changing your resolution to see it makes any difference?

For example, if there is an enemy to my left and I put my cursor over the enemy, the arrow always shoots above the cursor(by a similar amount of space as shown in my video), missing the enemy. If I move my cursor below the enemy instead of directly on it, then the arrow will hit because it shoots above the cursor.

Tried changing resolution, but it still happens. I can also confirm this is not a desync issue.

If you don't click on the monster as you shoot your arrow, you will likely miss. So if the attack is on the left mouse you click on what you are trying to hit and the arrow fires.
All other shots are unaimed and best used for AoE shots.

Probably has to do with the camera angle and perspective. You're not looking straight down on your character. You're looking from an angle. And your cursor probably isn't at the same height off the ground as your arrow.

Well thanks anyway guys, I appreciate your input.
The problem is there, but I never noticed it with single target attacks. If you click an enemy with left mouse button, you hit that enemy (unless desynced).

However! With AoE attacks you can miss even if you click the enemy. I believe this is a bug, that's why I posted it in bug reports forum with the videoproof.

Though got no answer.
Use shift when attacking and/or move with "move only" on a mouse button.

Problem solved.
It's free, quit complaining, and just play the game.

What problem do you think this solves?
