ID scrolls
Just a basic question about obtaining ID scrolls. No vender sells them in town and I've only gotten a few selling stuff or very seldom killing things.I'm I missing something?I have a stash full of unidentified Stuff.

Stay a while, and listen!
When you're right, no one remembers. When you're wrong, no one forgets.

They're the most common scrolls, you get them by selling normal (white) items to the vendor, just go out, pick up all the white loot you can find, go back and sell them back to the vendor, should get you some scrolls, or at least the fragments. Later in game, you usually only pick up rings or flasks for scrolls of identify, because white armors for 1 fragment isn't worth the inventory space.
Shoep - Default league Ranger
Peohs - Any other class or character i play. Jhuvik - My Marauder Merialeth - My witch |

ID scrolls are the base currency in the game. You gain ID scroll fragments if you sell white items to vendors, or full scrolls can drop from monsters.

You need to find them or trade equipment for them.
I like it this way, identify scrolls in diablo 2 and 3 (what is the even point of having identify items option in d3?) are useless because you can have shitload of them dirt cheap, so it kind of kills their purpose. |

As you progress through the game you'll have more id scrolls than you could possibly ever need.

Once you get to act 2, Wisdom and portal scrolls become way more common, you wont run out, unless you pickup and ID every blue item, which I don't suggest.
