What is a "mf culler"?

So, I've reached Act3 in Merciless and I see a tone of parties asking for "mf cullers"? What is that exactly and what does "mf" stand for?

MF is a Diablo term, and it stands for Magic Find. In Path of Exile, the modifier is called Increased Item Quality, but MF traditionally refers to both IIQ and IIR.

MF Cullers are built around spamming the field with Culling Strike hits. They load up their Skill of choice with GMP/Chain or something similar, Culling Strike to get lasthits, and IIQ/R Supports. Their gear is also centered almost entirely around IIQ/R.
Because they get a lot of the party's kills with Culling Strike, they get to apply their bloated IIQ/R to most kills, thus gathering more loot than a conventional party.
Very thorough answer, thank you very much!
