Global means it affects all your items... not just it.

Defense in PoE refers to Armor, Evasion, and Energy Shield. Global means it applies to all sources, not just that piece of equipment.

Does the item also increase block chance? Kinda makes sense with that passive... Someone with the item plz confirm.

Sorry to warm up an old post, but does it double dip on Iron Reflexes? So you get the bonus for evasion and after conversion for armour too?

No. A modifier can only apply once to any given value.

" If it said something like: 12% increased armour 12% increased evasion Then it would double-dip on evasion with Iron reflexes, because that's two separate modifiers. If it just says something like: 12% increased armour and evasion then it won't double-dip, since it's only one modifier. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
