Does the 10% mind over matter from the cloak of defiance stack with the 30% mind over matter passive in the skill tree?

So are you saying that wearing the cloak of defiance gives you the mind over matter on the skill tree and the 10% mana before life? So a total of 40% mana before life?

So I wanted clarity on this, and ive been reading and studying..
the movement of MOM to the top of the skillnodes is nice.. but.. If you have a COD theres no reason to take it from what i can tell. Infact, the COD is BETTER because MOM is only 30%, where the robe is MOM + 10% can someone verify im thinkin of this properly? |

" You need legacy CoD for +10%, current version doesn't have that mod. Cloak is a piss-poor chest aside from mana bonus, low defenses, no life or resists. If MoM keystone is close enough and I'm doing MoM on mana, I'd rather use a normal chest and craft mana on it with Cat if it's unable to roll naturally. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
