question about weapon effects

how do they work? are they one use only or you can apply them to any amount of weapons?

Once used on a weapon, that weapon cannot be dropped or traded until the weapon effect is removed. It can then be applied to another weapon if you so choose.
I do not know for sure, but I would assume you can only apply it to one weapon at a time, but that's just me guessing In Wraeclast, if someone tries to kill you... you just kill them right back.

AFAIK you can apply them to one weapon at a time; you can reclaim the effect in your microtransaction tab, but make sure that you don't accidentally vendor or destroy the item by accident.

you can attach an item effect to an item you like. Then you can "unequip it" and attach to a different weapon. One weapon can have one effect at the same time. If you are dual wielding, you need 2 weapon effects to make both your weapons shine.
