Unique Stats Reroll?

Is there a way to change the stats on a unique?
Cause some of the ones I have found are on the low end for their non-main stat(s) so just wondering if and with what item if it is possible. |

A Divine Orb. But if you use it on a Legacy item, the rolls will be rerolled with currently available ranges on that item, so you could screw it up.
