 "Activate SOL satellite" Colonel, AKIRA This is a trigger oriented Discharge build based on the great ORO Ceaseless build but going Chaos Inoculation instead of Life. This is what you can get at level 70:  That is damage PER HIT and you can do about 5-6 times that per second. I don't have a video yet, but you can take a look at ORO's one to get an idea about the power of this build. Going CI allows you to cast Blood Rage without any negative effects, so you'll have Frenzy Charges in addition to Power and Endurance ones.
Main passives
I really liked ORO's build but didn't want to give up on reflection so I decided a more defensive build with less damage and more survavility. With this build you CAN do ele reflect as long as you don't kill more than 10 or 12 enemies from a single discharge. - Chaos Inoculation - Ghost Reaver - Vaal Pact - Iron Reflexes - Energy Shield nodes
Gear
This build is also very gear dependant because it needs Voll's Protector and Voll's Devotion so I don't recommend it for begginers.
Sockets: GGGBR It's hard to get 3G on Voll's so be prepared for wasting lot of chroms. You can do it with 4L if you wanna sacrifice Life Leech but be ready to die. Dagger: Very important item to get Critical Strike Chance and Spell Damage. I don't use a second dagger because I prefer survavility: I'm using Rat's Nest to improve cricital but you can also use an ES helmet.
Skills and Auras
Main Attack: ST -> GMP -> CoCS -> Discharge - LL Don't level Spectral Throw! We need to keep mana consumption as low as possible. If you wanna invest on quality go for Discharge, you'll increment AOE and clean faster. When you got 6L you can add Conc or and other damage support skill. Auras: Discipline and Grace. You need Reduced Mana and a node of mana reduction to sustain both. Rest of gems are defensive: CoDT with usual skills, Whirling helps escaping quickly and eats little mana. Passive Tree WARNING: You'll be the most hated of the party with this build. Nobody likes having their screen white all the time :) In fact I'm having problems with my current mates because of that.
