An error occurred while attempting to create the directory

I'm trying to install PoE but I'm getting this error. "An error occurred while attempting to create the directory: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu".
 I have administrator rights. How can I fix this? Edit: Well, I found a temporary workaround. 1. Extract the game installer. 2. Extract Core.cab 3. Rename GAMEEXE to PoE.exe 4. Run the .exe Last edited by Frugle#5697 on Jan 19, 2013, 9:23:17 AM

Got it working by just reinstalling google chrome.
