possible to stack (Pain Attunement)???

hey im just wonder if its possible to stack (pain Attunement) from crown of thorns(30%) and from the passive tree(30%)?? so (30%)+(30%)=(60%[spell damage])??

Crown of thorns gives you pain attunement, so not it will not stack since you already have it.
I don't know 100% but i assume this is how it works. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
