Elemental Aegis achievement

I've just completed Elemental Aegis achievement (have 75% res to cold, fire and lightning) by killing rare monster, what is impossible in my opinion. I think there is something wrong with this achievement, check it, please.

While killing an rare pop an potion that gives X% to all resist and the challange will be done,atleast that was the case by me.Hope it helps you
