What makes a wand good?

I have never played a caster in the game even I should since I get lots of wand drops and I have NO idea what they are worth with all those stats combos. Some combo makes good looking wand/staff just bad for build and some surprisingly godlike. For example projectile speed is very nice for someone I have understood but I don't know what else this category is looking after.

Could u please brief me what stats look for and what are high rolls? I will post here five different wands which I have saved lately and u can rate them. Can u tell me are they sellable/usable/trash. Probably most wands are just mediocre because of low rolls but if combos are good, you can mention that. This would be great help for the future that I could save right stuff.

FreezePulse/EK: Spell dmg, Cast speed, Proj speed, (cold damage for fp) (sometimes spell crit)
In general: 60+ SpellDmg and 10+ Cast speed has the potential to sell, 60+ spell dmg and 80+ spell crit has the chance to sell

Phys: Looking for 160+ pdps, Critical Strike Chance (not spellcrit!)

Ele: Good ele rolls (especially lightning), Critical Strike Chance, attack speed

And uhh, all 5 of those wands are probably vendor-worthy

For a caster generally; spell dmg, cast speed, crit.
For a wander; phys dmg, ele dmg, attack speed, crit.

Wands are quite build specific. Some builds want all damage and crit means nothing. Others want crit above all else. To see some good rolls just check out the mirror threads in the trade forums. Those are the goals, anything close/similar is valuable.
