Steel Kite Shield Missing Implicit Mods?

Kite shields seem to all have resist all implicit mods, like the one I am currently using on my summoner:
Unavailable But the Steel Kite Shield doesnt have any, and its armor/ES ratings don't seem to be boosted either. Figured maybe the implicit mods were just missing? Not sure why they wouldnt be present: Unavailable In Wraeclast, if someone tries to kill you... you just kill them right back.

The shields that have the graphic of "Steel Kite Shield" intentionally don't have implicit allres. Instead they have considerably higher base es & armour and higher block rate.
"Steel Kite Shield" is 22 levels below "Archon Kite Shield" and has nearly the same base defenses: Steel Kite Shield (level 46) Block: 28% Armour: 152 Energy shield: 45 Archon Kite Shield (level 68) Block: 24% +24% allres Armour: 162 Energy Shield: 48 Last edited by Ezhiel#3677 on Jan 13, 2013, 1:14:28 PM
