Elemental Storm Call Summoner [Theorycraft] AA/EB/MoM/EE

My goal was to make a build that can accomplish 4 things:
Very Tanky
Strong Auras for group play
High AoE and single target damage
Can solo most content

Defense:
Arctic Armor + EB MoM from chestpiece + Discipline/Clarity + your choice of defensive auras

This defensive combination allows you to skip going south for defensive passives such as IR and MoM (your chest gives it to you), and use those passive points on Storm Call & stronger auras while still retaining the same or even better tankiness when combined with AA.

Offense:
2 spell Elemental Equilibrium - The idea is to use Storm Call combined with a second spell, such as Firestorm, to constantly trigger Elemental Equilibrium. Storm Call combined with Conc Effect and EE will hit like a train, and the downside of Conc is cancelled out by the increased area passives we took.

Passives:



Gear
Chest is Cloak of Defiance. This is the core defense of the build. Combined with a high ES helm, with extremely high mana regen + running Discipline, you have incredible tankiness.

Boots Bones of Ullr for an additional spectre+zombie.

Rings and Amulet Good stats & resists. %Damage for lightning/fire is nice as well.

Helm it is important to get a helm with high ES. After that, just make sure it has good stats. Try to get a +1 or +2 minions mod.

Weapon Heartbreaker would be my first choice. Or just about any wand with good stats + high spellpower.

Shield High ES + high Armor + high HP + high Resist... but if you're not rich or lucky, just pick 3 out of those 4. Or man up and use a Spell Damage Shield.


Anyway, more to come later. Levelling up this guy and testing it out right now. Please let me know if you have improvements or suggestions.

Revamped the passives, and took the build in a whole new direction. For a while it seemed like I was trying to do too much in 1 build, but I'm pretty sure I finally made it all fit together.

Now I just have to level and test it :)

I've been wanting a Witch and I want something new.. I'l try this out!
