What makes a good quiver?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this thread.

So I was wondering what stats is needed for a good quiver for the common builds (LA and RoA I think)?
It's one of those thing that I have a hard time deciding when I find a quiver.

For example, the quiver below are good to great imo, but I have no idea since I don't play a ranger/bow class so I just keep quivers with high stats in general...

For critical builds u want

WED + CRIT MULT + HP ( RESIST / ATK SPD / CRIT CHANCE ARE A BONUS ) ESSENCIALY

for common RT builds

WED + ATK SPD + HP ( RES / ELE DPS ARE A BONUS )

however finding a quiver like that is expensive so if u cant afford such quiver then you can simply get one with :

HP + RES or a Black Gleam Unique Quiver in case you are using a Lioneye Glare

Edit: Im a RT bow user and this is my quiver

A good quiver is one which goes with whatever gear you're using.

I'm going with crit + ice shot + RoA. This is a mediocre quiver, but the best one I've got for my char:

It doesn't do crit, but it keeps me from getting status ailments too quickly.
If you got +30% weapon elemental damage on Carrion Spire, it would be pretty good (but the RNG would probably not be nice and do that if you exalted it).

If I got an elemental damage roll on that it would be what you want in a quiver. all other stats are useless fluff.

Top teir ones (For LA & Ice shot builds)usually are crit chance, crit multi, weapon ele, and +hp but those are expensive!

My quiver for my LA Ranger atm is this
