Character Display in Profile

My account profile only shows one character, despite the fact that I have multiple characters. I'd like to pin my Nemesis character to my profile (and have it show up in the box that shows two characters), but there seems to be no option to pin my Duelist in Nemesis.
Because of this, a certain shop indexer shows the incorrect IGN. Is there any way to add my Nemesis character to my profile? Last bumped on Aug 29, 2016, 2:47:24 PM

Known issue. Profile cannot currently be altered beyond what is currently shown (for pinning, etc).

Probably a bit late to the party now, did they fix the problem yet? happening for me aswell.

Same here, it's a bit annoying, 'cause the shop indexers are taking your IGN from that box.

Well, it's 2015...... Still can't pin character's other than the top hardcore and top softcore character owned.
