Short twink races?

Id like to see a new category of races be added (maybe outside of the normal race season, so having low level twink items does not help you win the race season, but I would love to see a Race where you have access to like 1 tab from your nemesis\hardcore stash or whatever. Its fun to see how far people can get on a self found character, in 1-2 hours ,and it would be fun to see how much further they could get on a decked out leveling twink, this would also remove a lot of the RNG elements of the racing, and leave more room for specific leveling builds since you don't have to rely on drops etc.
