Kaom's Items

Are all these items, besides the axe maybe,best in slot for a Mara? The belt and the chest piece seem amazing, but are the rings worth using?

An endurance charge is 5% All Res and 5% Damage reduction, and the ring also gives you ~20 health, 10-20 strength, and 2% Life Leech. A rare high leveled ring can give 90+ health, 20 res to two or three elements, damage and then some. Obviously the rares win in all res and health, but does the leech and damage reduction make up for it?
