Is there any way to increase the mana leech cap?

Do mana regen rate talents like mana flows have any effect on the mana leech per second cap? Is there anyway to increase the cap other than substantially increasing your mana pool size?

Quality mana leech support gem. That's it.

I think they missed a great opportunity with the Ranger Primal Spirit passive to increase leech rate, since its a very weak passive as is unless you really need the stats.

Well, you can add mana regen from items and/or Clarity... You also can dont reserve a good chunk of your manapool and recover it with mana flasks (i find it very useful for 50% regen or no regen maps). Or just take few %increased mana or %reduced cost passives, and some gear with MP. If that's not enough, then either consider about some alternative ways to mana skillcost (Blood Magic, Soul Taker, etc), either about getting Eldrich Battery, either about changing some skills/supports that consume too much mana.

As for mana leech support.... actually, if you intend to use it just to improve leech cap, then Reduced Mana gem will be much better.
