Support gem: multistrike version for spells and ranged attacks

I would love to see this type of gem going live, it would add a lot of variety for builds.

Multicast, the spell analogue to multistrike, was in the game but removed because it couldn't be balanced. I wouldn't mind seeing it reworked and returning.
