Does Vitality Aura heal Totems? (Totems and Auras)

Pretty much as the title says.

I think that Haste aura would increase the speed at which I cast the totem, and the speed at which the spell totem casts the linked spell. I am just curious about totems and the other aura interactions.

Nope, auras don't affect totems. However, if the aura would normally affect the skill you put on a totem it will get the bonus as it gets all your bonuses. So, if you have haste totems will cast or attack faster, Ranged totem will get damage from damage auras and so on, they don't affect the totem directly but they affect you and totem is just a conduit for your skills.

Perfect, I believe I understand. If this is the case then a spell totem with Ethereal Knives linked to it would do extra damage with a Hatred aura on? I assume so. I hope I understand correctly, thanks!

Of course, if it would do extra damage on you it will do extra damage on a totem too. Skills on a totem behave like they're being cast by you but through a proxy, it's pretty much the same with traps, except they're one use only.
